Welcome at this Narelle Narwhal crochet pattern. This cute fish is made with Scheepjes colour crafter and measures about 20 cm by 15 cm. The horn is made with lang yarns mille colori sock yarn.

Attention:
This Narelle Narwhal crochet pattern is made in continuous rounds. Don’t close the rounds.
Eyes
Round 1 | Use black yarn and hooksize 3 mm. Crochet a mr with 6 sc | 6 |

Don’t fasten off, we’ll continu crocheting after sewing on the eyes. The 32 sc we crocheted until round 45 are the bottom of the body. Keep that in mind and sew on the eyes between round 7 and 15. Embroider the eyelashes, like shown in the picture.
Embroider a mouth and two white dots like shown in the picture. Continu crocheting and stuff as you go.

The tail’s made of two fins. You start with one and attach the second one later.

Fasten off and crochet another fin. Don’t fasten off the second fin, but continu:

Fold the sides together and close with 8 or 9 sc. Sew on the tail to the back of the body.
Heart
Use white yarn and crochet a mr. Crochet in the ring:
(ch 3; 3 trc, 3 dc) ch 1; 1 trc; ch 1 (3 dc; 3 trc; ch 3) Close with a sc in the ring.
Make sure the first part between brackets is made on one half of the ring and the second part on the other side. The ch 1, trc, ch 1 is in the middle.
Sew on the body.
Fin
Round 1 | Use blue yarn and crochet a mr with 6 sc | 6 |

Make another fin. Stuff lightly and sew on to the sides of the bottom of the face.
Round 1 | Use sock yarn and crochet hook size 2.5 mm. crochet a mr with 6 sc | 6 |
Round 2 | Inc, 5 sc | 7 |
Round 3 | Inc, 6 sc | 8 |
Keep increasing like this in round 4 -15. At the end you’ll have 20 stitches. Stuff the horn and sew on the head.
